Titouan found the island of his dreams: an island peopled with sailors and artists, which celebrated its bicentenary in 2004. He brought back colorful portraits of these fabulous painters accompanied by a few of their works, as well as many paintings and photos of their habitat, their astonishing boats with multicolored sails that they construct tirelessly on beaches, and their tap-taps, the remarkable local taxis.
